Returns & Exchanges

At SLMD Skincare, we want you to love your results; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your items within 30 days of the delivery date. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable and products must be returned in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process and select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once your return request is approved, a prepaid shipping label will be emailed to you; please print this label and securely attach it to your package.

• 3.
  Package Your Items

  Place the products, including any promotional gifts that were part of a set, into the original shipping box or a similar protective mailer to prevent damage.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
